He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Smallwood of Newburg, MD; his siblings, Ed Smallwood (Joan) of Pocomoke City, MD, David Michael Smallwood of Snow Hill, MD and Rene A. Niblett of Bivalve, MD; his daughters, Jessica Smallwood (Kevin), Nicole McCann and Mary Hughes; and his aunt Vina Bailey (Charlie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
