Mills Sr. of Pocomoke City, Maryland, born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on February 27, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Llewellyn Mills (Sparrow); and his son Richard Mills, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Michael Mills (Denise) of Berlin and April Turner of Sugar Hill, GA; and his grandchildren, Lyle, Shelly, Kristin, Jessica, Cody, Michael and Aubrey. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
