She was predeceased by: her parent Herbert Mills; her daughter-in-law Irene Lynch; and her siblings, Josephine Smith and Herbert Mills. She is survived by: her parent Bertha Tull Mills; her husband Harvey Lee Lynch, Sr; her son Harvey Lee Lynch Jr.; her wife Joanne Lynch of Pocomoke City; her daughter Cheryl Lynch Fisher (Robbie) of Pocomoke City; her grandchildren, Eddie Lynch, Kim Smullen (Clint), Stacy Vachon (Aaron), Shelby Morris (Randy), Drew Fisher and Chase Fisher; her great grandchildren, Clint, Tanner, Quinn, Olivia and Emmeline; her sisters, Juanita Ward and Jean Davis (Richard); and also Robert Wayne Lynch of Salisbury. She is also survived by her three children who adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
