He was predeceased by: his parents, Paolo Battistoni and Rose Battistoni (Pierocetti); and his siblings, Gino (Lydia), Juanita (George Merton), Erma (Merrill Van Horn), Rita (Robert Schmidt), Louis (Anna), Mario (Jenny) and Daniel.
He is survived by: his son Michael L. Battistoni (Susan B. Battistoni); his grandchildren, Alexandra Battistoni, Sigourney Weldon, Michael Battistoni, Nicholas Bragg and Elena Bragg; and his great grandchildren, Kamryn Battistoni and Keldren Weldon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
