He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Lester Troast, Sr. and Evelyn Still Troast; his wives, Virginia Rose Troast and Doris A. McMahon-Troast; and his sons, William E. Troast and David C. Troast.
He is survived by: his children, Mary E. Bryan of Salisbury and Paul L. Troast (Esther) of Pocomoke City; his daughter-in-law Carol Troast of Salsibury; and his stepchildren, Jeff McMahon of Snow Hill, Debbie Kemp of Seaford, DE and Sharon Birch of Salisbury. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
