We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2021, at the age of 83, Jesse Horsey of Pocomoke City, Maryland, born in Westover, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Henry, George, David, Andrew and Emma Lee Collins; his son Jesse, Jr.; and his stepson Vernon Hayman.
He is survived by: his wife Cleo; his children, Anita Wallace (Kevin), Cherie Waters, Leona Cropper, Welton Waters and Pete Lankford; his grandchild Jordan Waters; his sister Edna Borden; his friend Henry Brittingham; and his close friend Max. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
