It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Beard Tully of Pocomoke City, Maryland, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 16, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Beard Sr. and Frances Beard; her son Michael Mansell; her stepchildren, Nicholas and Nora; and her pet Beau.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Beard Tully and Claire (Jerome); her husband Michael "Poppie" Tully; her siblings, James Jr., Elwood and JoAnne; her sister-in-law Vancine; her grandchildren, Lindsay, Dominic, Jailyn, Jerry and Janai; her nieces, Apree, Michelle and Dana; her nephew Blair; and her pet Daisy.
