It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lou Wilkerson Outten (Pocomoke City, Maryland), who passed away on March 16, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Henry Wilkerson; her husband Floyd Thomas Outten; her daughter Betty June Outten Davis; and her sister Patsy Crouch. She is survived by: her parent Eunice Mae Johnson Wilkerson; her daughter Delores Adkins (Bill); her grandchildren, Billy Adkins of Pocomoke City, Heather Adkins of Pocomoke City and Shannon Radebaugh; her great grandchildren, Emma Radebaugh of New Freedom, PA, Tara Radebaugh of New Freedom, PA and Heide Radebaugh of New Freedom, PA; and her brother Wayne Wilkerson (Margie) of Pocomoke City, MD. She is also survived by several nieces, one nephew and cousins.
