She was predeceased by: her parents, Levin Woodston Fisher Jr. and Betty Ann Reid Fisher; and her brother Levin W. Fisher, III. She is survived by: her husband Mark Lusby of Pocomoke City; her children, Blair Addison Lusby Skiba (Jeremiah) of Pocomoke City, MD, Jordan Reid Lusby of Richmond, VA and Mark "Vince" Vincent Lusby (Hayley) of Westover, MD; her sisters, Donna F. Darby (Steve) of Asssawoman, VA and Teresa Lee Perdue of Pocomoke City, MD; her parents-in-law, Eugene and Joanne Lusby of Pocomoke City, MD; and her sister-in-law Sharon Sheets of Lutherville, MD. She is also survived by several extended family members including aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
