Thomas Harley Donaway Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Harley Donaway of Pittsville, Maryland, born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on February 17, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Donaway and Ethel Donaway; his son-in-law Mike Carpenter; his in-laws, Harold and Juanita Powell; and his brother-in-law William Steimer.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Powell Donaway; his children, Cheryl Carpenter and Stephen Donaway; his grandchildren, Dylan Carpenter, Harleigh Donaway, Liam and Jase Efford; his great grandchildren, Braelynn, Bella and Ronan; his siblings, Mary Lou Steimer and George Donaway (Debbie); his brother-in-law Robert Powell (Kathy); and his friend Bill Johnson. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Hermon Church.
