He is survived by: his wife Wilsie Powell Padon; his stepdaughters, Joan Norman (Jim) of Salisbury, Peggy Wilkins of Pittsville and Beth Jarvis of Pittsville; his brother Jimmy Padon of Virginia Beach, VA; and his pet Ozzy.
