He is survived by: his sister Nancy Stephens; his nephews, Richard Stephens, Jr., Jason Nicholson, Kenneth Brian Stephens and Duane Allen Stephens; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jason Ray Nicholson, Abby Levesque, Makayla Stephens, Sara Stephens, Elias Nicholson, Anna Stephens, Joshua Stephens, Brennan Stephens and Cason Stephens; and his pets, Rocky and Star.
