She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Agnes Lewis; and her sister Debbie Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Shelley (Scott), Buddy (Chris), Mike and Tanya (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Matthew, Christen, Chad, Scott Thomas (Lacey), Adam (Lindsey), Zach, Ali, Jordon (Craig), Andrew and Hannah (Lenny); and her siblings, Dickie Lewis, Linda Cooper, Kay Ogburn (Bill), Brock Lewis and Courtney Lewis. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
