She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hurley and Ruth A Dunn; and her husband Donald "Pete" Kelly. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Scarborough (James) of Salisbury, MD and Gary Foskey, Jr. of Pittsville; her grandchildren, Cory James (Conner Scarborough), Madison Scarborough, Rylee Scarborough and Skyler Foskey (Jadan Seigler); her stepchildren, Arlene Kelly Shaheen (Jay) and Donald "Mike" Kelly; her sister Wendy Wright (Jimmy) of Cambridge, MD; her sister-in-law Patricia Christiana (Jerry) of Delmar, MD.; and her sisters, Nancy Franklin, Joanne Foskey and Donna Kelly.
