He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Monroe Wilkins and Elwyn Mildred Rayne Wilkins; and his siblings, Patsy White and Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Justice Wilkins; his children, Michelle L. Klimasewski and Chad E. Wilkins; and his siblings, Anna Mae Yeadt, Herman Claude and George Wilkins. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 5 nephews, and 9 nieces.
