Penuel (James, Jr.) of Pittsville; her grandchildren, Heather Lancaster (Greg) of Belton, SC, Katie Maxwell (Danny) of Fruitland, Todd Webb of Winston Salem, NC and Jimmy Penuel (Amber) of Bridgeville, DE; her siblings, George Hammond of Pittsville and Alice Brittingham (Ben) of Parsonsburg; her siblings-in-law, Argene Ward (Bill) of Crisfield and Elwood Webb of Pittsville; her close friend Alice Collins; and her husband Walter Avery Webb.
