With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allan Richardson of Pittsville, Maryland, who passed away on May 4, 2023 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Allan Richardson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester I. Richardson and Edith Richardson; his stepmother Mae Richardson; his brother Lester F. Richardson (Mary Lou); and his stepsister Barbara Evans.

He is survived by: his wife Jackie Richardson; his children, Randy Richardson (Bettie) and Kim Richardson (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Matthew Layfield, Breanna and Taylor Carrigan; and his great grandchildren, Jayden, Isabella and Sean. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Allan to Pittsville Volunteer Fire Company, PO Box 387, Pittsville, MD 21850 or Ayres United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, 7516 Gumboro Rd, Pittsville, MD 21850.
