Ziv and Malvin Rae Ziv; his wife Elinor Cohen Ziv; his children, Edward Ziv (Elise) of Pikesville, MD and Drs; his sibling Frederica Yamin (Fritzie) of Santa Barbara, CA; his grandchildren, Racheli Litman (Eric), Shifra Stolberg (Binyamin), Dr. Basha, Naftali (Aliza), Gavriel Behrman, Caleb Benjamin, Coby Ziv, Jacob, Yael, Allison Ziv, Abby Klein (AV) and Becca Baruch (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Eli, Daniel Littman, Michoel Eliezer Stolberg, Meira Klein, Malya and Aryeh Baruch.

Instead of presents he donated a Medicycle to Magen Dovid Adom.
