He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maryann Serina; his children, Mindy Ocmond (Glen), Dennis Swartz II, Paul Swartz (Charlene), William Swartz (Kathy) and Michel Swartz (Marie); his brother Sam Rozenel (Anita); his parents, Alice Rozenel and David Rozenel; and his children, Erin Stoker, Pratt Street and Baltimore, MD. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
