She is survived by: her daughters, Philippa Jacobson, Susan Jacobson (Handre Strauss), Lee-Anne Jacobson (Rien Winkster) and Fanny Jacobson; her granddaughter Nathalie Winkster; and her sister Rita Shorkend. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, their children and grandchildren.
