With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tamara A. Chernomorskaya of Pikesville, Maryland, who passed away on January 8, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander and Kharif. She is survived by: her daughter Margarita Lemeneva (Roman Lemenev); her sister Polina Rudaya; and her grandson Gennadiy Lemenev. She is also survived by her daughter and her friends.
