He was predeceased by: his brothers, Kenneth Blumenthal and Dr. Bruce Blumenthal; and his parents, Abby Blumenthal and Dr. Saul "Buddy" Blumenthal. He is survived by: his daughters, Shari Blumenthal, Jenna Lessans (Gregory) and Cara Blumenthal (Richard Duckworth); and his grandchildren, Alana Lessans, Max Lessans and Zachary Lessans.
