Sidney Kovens Obituary

The memory of Sidney Kovens of Pikesville, Maryland, who passed away on January 7, 2025 at the age of 97, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Kovens; his siblings, Harry Kovens, Irvin Kovens, Sylvia Shields, Bessie Tokar and Florence Tenser; and his parents, Gussie Kovens and Louis Kovens.

He is survived by: his children, Arthur Kovens (Martha) and Lisa Kovens-Harris (Bruce Harris); his grandchildren, Stacie Kovens (Erik Leikus), Jamie Levenson (Matthew), Melanie Sacks and Jessica Sharaheh (Dan); and his great grandchildren, Dylan Levenson, Audrey Levenson and Ethan Sacks. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208).
