She was predeceased by: her husbands, Charles H. Raksin and Julius Gordon; her daughter Marcia H. Benesh; her sister Jeannette Kolman (Lester); and her parents, Blanche Carmel and Joseph Carmel.

She is survived by: her children, Stanley Z. Raksin (Meryl), Jay S. Raksin, Toby Gordon (Bruce Kaup) and Steven Gordon (Gilda); her grandchildren, Adam C. Raksin, Jarret Siegel (Susan), Carol Benesh Taylor (Brian), Brett Kaup and Drew Kaup; and her great grandchildren, Hudson Siegel, Indy Siegel, Jake Taylor and Brooke Taylor.
