She was predeceased by: her husband William Woolf; and her parents, Robert Cohen and Edna Cohen. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Shani Fox, Naomi Amsterdam (Larry) and Susan Roufberg (Lew); her brother Jerry Cohen; her grandchildren, Dr. Iris Ahronowitz (Aaron Rowe), Lila Ahronowitz (Brad Moore), Dr. Elisa Davis (Daniel Snyder), Dr. Kathryn Davis (Elisha Hennig) and Coby Roufberg; and her great grandchildren, Ariela, Dalia, David, Aviva, Maya and Zev.

A shiva was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 7:00 AM. Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM and on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208).
