She was predeceased by: her parents, Miriam Oletsky and Samuel Oletsky. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Barry Allen Hurwitz; her children, Seth Adam Hurwitz (Danika Myers-Hurwitz) and Amanda Beth McIntosh (Roger); her sister Phyllis Franklin (late Stanford); and her grandchildren, Caitlyn Nicole McIntosh and Signe Virgil Hurwitz.
