In the vast expanse of eternity, Robin shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robin farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Welch and Betty Welch. She is survived by: her brother Clay Welch; and her cousins, Betzie Smith, Charlene Silverstein and Timothy Kraus.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208).
