He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Miles Dubel; and his children, James Miles Dubel, Jeffrey Young Dubel and Jeanne Dubel Byrd. He is survived by: his brother David Hull Dubel (Mary Lane Dubel); his children, Kenneth Young Dubel, Alicia Jahsmann and Rebecca Dubel Snodderly (Max Robert Snodderly); and his grandchildren, Brett Robert Dubel (Samantha Dubel), Zachary Steven Dubel (Amber Ross-Carlson), Kirsten Roza Byrd, Kyle Robert Snodderly (Morgan Snodderly), Morgan Jeanne Lutz (Tucker Lutz), Ross Xavier Snodderly (Cate Snodderly) and Max Young Snodderly.
