He was predeceased by: his wife Rochelle Lois Levin; his daughter Debra Sue Fontaine; and his parents, Blanche Levin and Aaron Levin. He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Marc Levin (Josie McSwain) and Michael David Levin (Jill); his grandchildren, Shelby Newcomer (Jeff), Kyle Levin (Desiree) and Corey Levin; and his great grandchildren, Davis Newcomer, Austin Newcomer, Faith Levin, Ethan Levin and Alyssa "Ren" Levin.
