She was predeceased by: her parents, Morton L. Lazarus and Loraine N. Lazarus; her husbands, Harry R. Lobe and Alex "Sandy" S. Katzenberg, Jr.; and her sisters, Nathalie L. Klaus (Philip) and Mae L. Fisher (Stuart).
She is survived by: her children, Barbara M. Katzenberg, Nancy L. Rosenbaum (Jeffery) and Alex S. Katzenberg, III (Carla); and her grandchildren, Stuart Katzenberg (Emily Scarr), Andrew Katzenberg (Alana), Brian Katzenberg (Courtney), Emily Rosenbaum Miller (Aaron) and Daniel Rosenbaum (Larissa Stiglich). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
