Khaya Raynes Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Khaya Raynes of Pikesville, Maryland, who passed away on September 27, 2024 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Moisey Raynes; and her grandchildren, Svetlana Raynes and Gary Chudnovsky. She is survived by: her children, Leonid Raynes (Rima) and Ellie Chudnovsky (Arkady); her sister Raya Friedman; her grandchildren, Zoya Raynes (Naftali Friedman) and Marina Chudnovsky; her great grandchildren, Avi Friedman, Samuel Friedman, Michele Chudnovsky, Milania Chudnovsky, Ryan Chudnovsky and Alexander Chudnovsky; her granddaughter-in-law Lisa Chunovsky; and her nephews, Alex Friedman and Gennady Friedman.
