He is survived by: his daughter Bonnie McCoy; his stepdaughters, Deborah Wolf (Anthony Pollina), Dr. Cynthia Wolf (Kelley O'Neill), Dr. Pamela Wolf (Leo Sorokin), Kimberly Kupfer (Charles Kupfer) and Elizabeth Wolf (David Morgan); and his brother Dr. Norman Fine.
