He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Miller; his brother Richard Miller; and his daughter-in-law Belinda Miller. He is survived by: his children, Marshal Miller and Shelby Miller (Chris Bobel); and his mother Sandra Miller.

A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208). A reception was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 6:30 PM.
