He is survived by: his wife Harriet Blumenfeld; his children, Dr. Jeffrey Lewis (Kris), Marci Sperling (Stuart) and Vicki Gudis (Rick); his grandchildren, William Lewis, Anna Lewis, Elizabeth Gudis and Rebecca Gudis; his niece Bari Hein; and his nephew David Bridge.
