He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Campbell and Sara Batten Duncan. He is survived by: his brothers, George William Campbell of Tallmadge, OH, Robert D. Campbell of Sudlersville, MD and Nicholas Morley Ratcliffe of Waterford, VA. He is also survived by three nieces, four nephews, four great-nieces and five great-nephews.
