She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Norman Peremel; her brother Stephen Kotzin; her brother-in-law Tapas Sen; and her parents, Herbert Kotzin and Ethel Kotzin.

She is survived by: her sons, Mitchell Peremel and Ronald Peremel (Julia Friedman-Peremel); her grandchildren, Asher Peremel, Aliya Peremel, Rachel Peremel (Smith) and Blake Peremel; and her sister Sondra Sen.
