It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David J. Seff M. D. of Pikesville, Maryland, who passed away on June 10, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Seff; his daughters, Lynne Palmer (Scott), Karen Stadd (Bruce) and Cheryl Schein (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Drew Palmer, Haley Palmer, Brady Palmer, Adam Stadd, Megan Stadd and Evan Stadd.
