She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lavenstein and Melvin Lavenstein. She is survived by: her husband Michael Lee Kovens; her children, Scott Kovens and Melissa Becker (Gary); her siblings, Bonnie Weinstein (Stuart) and Terry Lavenstein; and her grandchildren, Madison Egert (Jake), Glen Becker, Maris Becker and Eli Frank.
