She was predeceased by: her husband Philip Matz; her son Sandy Matz; her brother Mark Jacobs; and her parents, Goldie Jacobs and Sol Jacobs.

She is survived by: her sons, Ken Matz (Emily) and Eddie Matz (Whitney); her grandchildren, Jessica Jones (Owen), Ben Matz, Spencer Matz, Jackson Matz, Jordan Matz and Jonah Matz; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Anne and Felicity Jones.
