He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Rutkin and Sylvan Rutkin; and his parents-in-law, Pauline and George Schlian. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Rutkin; his children, Eric B. Rutkin and Ellyn B. Sutton; his grandchildren, Peyton Sloane Sutton and Alec Gabriel Sutton; and his son-in-law Jerry Sutton.
