He is survived by: his wife Kathy Schaffer; his sister Janet Abrams (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Marni Greenspoon (David), Davina Kleid (Micah) and Sam Abrams; his parents-in-law, Stanley and Jennifer Macek; and his brothers-in-law, Stephen Macek (Suzanne) and Paul Macek (Donna).
