She was predeceased by: her parents, George Heubeck and Laura Heubeck (Simms); her husband Clayton Albert Jacobs, Sr.; her daughter-in-law Billie Jacobs; and her sister Pearl Virginia Simms.

She is survived by: her sons, Clayton Jacobs, Jr., Kenneth Jacobs (Lori) and Gregory Jacobs (Holly); and her grandchildren, Joey Wisner (Steve), Jenny Ford (Matthew), Eric Jacobs, Kelly Jacobs (Eirik), Ellie Jacobs (Casey) and Jacob Leister (Bonnie).
