It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Runge (Phoenix, Maryland), who passed away on November 26, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Henry William Runge. She is survived by: her children, Kim Marie Jennings (Gary) and Gail Runge Kalb (Jerry); her grandchildren, Brandon, Valerie, Garrett and Olivia; and her great grandchildren, Colvin and Dylan.
