She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Rapp and Emma Wegman Rapp; her husband John Robert Heffner, Sr.; and her son John Robert Heffner, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Sheri Lynn Heffner Marley; her siblings, Curtis Rapp, Alice Seward and Shirley Napoletano; and her son P. A.. She is also survived by three grandchildren; one great grandchild.
