He is survived by: his wife Belinda L. Buckland Blakeley; his children, Raymond Blakeley, Jr., Matthew Blakeley (Robin) and Jennifer Keefer (Joseph); his grandchildren, Logan, Leah and Melanie; his siblings, Louis Blakeley, Robert Blakeley, David Rickie Blakeley and Shirley Kornegay; and his sons, P. A., P. O. Box and Perryville, MD.
