He is survived by: his wife Lynn Adcock; his children, Amie Calia (Chris Calia) of Lake Worth, FL and Greg Adcock (Kelsey Dietrick) of Ambler, PA; his siblings, Tom Adcock (Connie Adcock) and Debbie Mackin; and his pet Ginger.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in care of Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., P.O. Box 766, Perryville, MD 21903-0766.
