She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lacy and Earlene Emma McCullough Ferrell; her husband R. E. Davenport; her son Larry Davenport; and her siblings, Thomas Ferrell, Nellie Duke, Shirley Vaughn and Mizelle McClure.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Abrams (Sammy) of Port Deposit, MD and Anne Rapposelli (Ronnie) of Rising Sun, MD; her stepdaughter Grace Maxim (Joe) of Charlotte, NC; her brother Tony Ferrell (Linda) of Beechgrove, TN.; and her son P. A.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in care of Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., P.O. Box 766, Perryville, MD 21903-0766.
