He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie, Jr. Potter and Sung Hi Yoo Potter; and his sister Ruth Ellen Potter. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Haley Potter; his sons, Joshua Michael Potter (Ashlynn), Jordan Matthew Potter (Alexis) and Jacob Daniel Potter; his grandson Waylon Judd Potter; and his siblings, William H. Potter (Heather) and Linda M. Dolinger (Kenneth II).
