He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Sr. Decker and Alice Ochs Decker. He is survived by: his stepmother Joan Decker; his friend Father Jay McKee; and his son P. A.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (831 Aiken Ave, Perryville, MD 21903). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
