He is survived by: his wife Britt-Marie Orr (Wrang); his son Benjamin Joseph Orr (Barbara); and his brother Fred Frank Orr (Autumn). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the "Cecil County Farm Museum and Regional Agriculture Center" (CCFMRAC) or to The Cecil County 4-H via "Cecil County Fair" (please note in memo line this is a Cecil County 4-H donation in honor of Joe Orr).
